6. Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable uptime, but service may be interrupted for maintenance, security events, or factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurveyNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
